Youth Group:

The youth group will be meeting every 1st and 3rd Sundays. All junior high and high school students are invited to these meetings. Meetings are a combination of event planning, faith formation, and social gathering. Occasionally, youth group will only be for one age group or the other. Check the bulletin and website for more details and updates.
 

 Ice Skating -Join us for an evening of ice skating at Steinberg Rink in Forest Park on Friday, February 19. We’ll meet at Corpus Christi at 6pm and will re-turn by 10:30pm. Admissions costs $6.50 and skate rental is $3.00. Please let Sarah know if you’re planning on going by Wednesday, Feb-ruary 17, so that we have enough rides.

 

Also, if any adults would like to chaperone and provide rides please let Sarah know! Quest & Teens Encounter Christ (TEC) Retreats Quest is a 2-day retreat for high school freshmen and sophomore, and TEC is a 3-day retreat for high school juniors and seniors. Diocesan Youth Conference - All High School Youth are invited to the annual diocesan Youth Conference being held March 13-14, 2010, at the Gateway Center in Collinsville, IL.  High school students from all over the diocese will gather for two days of speakers, workshops, a formal dinner, a dance, comedy club, and other activities.  Contact Sarah as soon as possible if you are interested in attending.  Adult chaperones are needed as well.

 

Monthly Breakfast -This Sunday,  sit down before or after Mass and enjoy breakfast from our great tasting "all you can eat" buffet line.  The menu includes scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, french toast sticks, fruit cups, coffee cake, juice and coffee.  Serving from 8 till 11 AM in the Parish Center.
